“Product is very average. It will take you hours even for the most competent ikea builders. Scratches over the components and hardware not flush. company are useless. Don’t have a customer services telephone line, hide behind a computer and then try to blame couriers when a request for replacement is ignored. My child went without a bed for 10days. Don’t waste your money here!”

“Lovely bed, good quality. Terrible delivery experience where I received no indication it was arriving until I got contacted by my neighbours saying several large boxes had been left abandoned in our shared driveway. I had to get a taxi home from work to move them, and back to work again. Customer service really didn’t care and wouldn’t offer any compensation. I wouldn’t order again as they can’t seem to see that their computer system of letting people know something will be delivered is flawed, they only wanted to blame the delivery company and told me to seek compensation with the delivery people .”

“I received bed and 2 of the front boards where very damaged. I contacted via the online contact form which stated 2 working days for response. A week later no response or acknowledgement of my concern and issue with parts of the bed. Very poor customer service.”

“Still waiting for it to arrive ordered on the 4th so can't tell you what it's like yet! I have asked for a date of delivery multiple times by email but keep getting its with the courier and will be with you shortly!”
