“Please don’t order as NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. we have missing parts (essential bolts missed out of pack!) missing slats (we were advised after placing order) and we’ve left several emails as their voicemail is full on their customer service line. The desk area was full of marks and the whole experience has been stressful and frustrating - but terrible customer service and missing parts can always be blamed on a global pandemic I’m sure. Bed delivered on Friday, it’s now Tuesday and it’s still standing half built awaiting someone working remotely to acknowledge missing parts! I would never ever recommend a company that can dispatch quickly but ignore emails for a length of time......”

“Unfortunately not all of the bed was delivered so we have been unable to fully assemble the bed. Still waiting for someone to resolve this issue so unable to review the bed as it is not in use yet. The frame looks sturdy though”

“Love the bed, very sturdy, load of space to play and storage underneath. A couple of issues (chipped wood) however resolved by customer service team. Cash back seems false as I've tried contacting team about offer as I can't upload pictures to meet the criteria.( I purchase the bed partly around the cashback scheme so do not purchase with the cashback in mind because I think its false).”

“We bought this bed last Saturday, box 1 of the bed arrived Tuesday, Box 2 Thursday and it is still missing the slats that the website says is included. We have been trying to contact the vendor via phone, email, facebook messenger and online chat and have had no response. So the bed is still dismantled and no idea when we are going to be able to build it and finish my daughters bedroom. The bed looks ok but can’t comment as currently its in parts. Too big a risk due to customer service to be able to recommend this company.”

“I received my bed but haven’t received the slats so I haven’t been able to upload a photo or even put the beds together for my sons who are very upset as they are currently sleeping on the floor! I have emailed and haven’t heard back. I am quiet disappointed with this as I fell in love with this bed and was looking forward to putting it together but I now have a box in my house taking up room and no slats! I would appreciate it if someone could get back to me as it cost me £218 and I only have half of the item”
