“I've only received half my order. No slats for a bed!! Kinda defeats the purpose of a bed! So have a bed frame completely useless and you can't tell me if or when I'm expected to receive the slats because of covid-19 = poor excuse in my book. Plenty of other companies have still been able to communicate effectively and efficiently. Why do you continue to push web sales when you can't deal with current orders? Have already reported to my bank and also trading standards. #Complaint #poorservice #badservice #unhelpful #stayaway”

“Absolutely disgusting company, I emailed nearly a week ago to say that only half the bed had arrived and I have been ignored until now that an automated email from them has come through asking me to write a review, its ridiculous. I dont understand why half a bed would be sent out alone? Doesnt make sense. This company is a joke I would highly recommend not using this company enough. So disappointed. I would like a refund not a free shoe rack as there offering in return as a review.”

“No email to advise when order was going to be delivered, when it arrived only 2 out of 3 boxes were delivered. Can not contact company by phone, Have emailed multiple times and tried to contact on Facebook and Instagram, no one has got back to me... Been waiting a week now! Extremely frustrating! Have paid for a bed which we cannot use or return even if we wanted to as no way to even contact the company. The worst customer service I have ever come across!”
