“The bed itself is great but the tower doesn't work. Emailed last week asking for company to resolve and no reply received. I have a very disappointed little boy as he wants it to look like the picture. Its a shame really.”

“the assemble instruction was not clear a few missing bolts. few cracks on the wood panel and poor paint quality. the upper side rail of the bunk bed is way too short so our little one can be fallen by accident. I have order the wrong colour of the trundle bed and mattress they don't give us refund and they asked me to repurchage and pay another colour product poor customer responce service is awful.”

“I am so appalled by this company that I am seriously thinking of taking them to court. Noa and Nani sent us twice the bookshelf for this bed but not the actual bed components. This was last 29th May when we received the delivery of what we our kids' new beds. Just to add the bed slats where missing and they were delivered on the 2nd June. We only found that the bed was missing after the 2nd June as we set off to assemble the bed. We contacted the company immediately via email (at that time their answering machine was full, so we couldn't leave a message!) and via FB. I have contacted them since every 72 hours (this is the time they give you to wait for a reply) but we are yet to receive heartfelt apology from the company, or any other small gesture to repay us and in particular my 7yo son for having to sleep on a mattress on the floor since the end of May. Finally, Jodie from Noa and Nani emailed us last Thur (2nd July) to let me know that they have agreed (as if there was a question about whether or not to send the missing parts!!!!) to send a complete new bed today 7th July. Jodie even asked me whether that was fine by me, to which I promptly within minutes, if not seconds, replied yes. We have not had any bed delivered yet - its' 1.30pm. I even called the courier, Panther, they used last time and no delivery to my address is planned for today. So, the bottom line is that I have a son who sleeps on the floor, have paid £374 for a bed and mattress which we still don't have and will probably have to wait for another 72 hours (I've just emailed them again) before finding out when they will actually delivery the bed. I think I have one only option now and that is a legal one!”

“We’re really pleased with the Oliver cabin bed...three stars just reflect the instructions are a bit poor quality, it took a lot longer to build that antiscipated and due to covid the customer service was none existent. Our mattress didn’t arrive til 5 days after the bed, so our son was sleeping on his old cot mattress under the new bed base for 5 nights, he didn’t mind though it was an adventure. Very pleased with it now it’s done, and he can still play underneath it even with all the storage which he’s delighted with.”

“Wish I could leave a review but considering I have not received my full order and out of pocket by £259 and my 5 yr old twins are sleeping on the floor there is no possible way I can review this bunkbed! I just know I will never order from this company again, no customer service or correspondence to my issue or many others either!!!”
