“Absolutely terrible company i ordered a triple sleeper on the 1st July, i have only received the slats. I have rang and left 4 voice mails and now the machine is full you cant leave any more. I have sent 7 emails and had no response, took my money and didnt deliver the goods then ask me to write a review! Im still waiting for my childrens beds they're sleeping on the floor. Disgusting service i expect a phone call immediately. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY”

“Well I would give a review in the bed actually turned up!! It was advertised online. Paid for The slats to the bed arrived but the other parts no. Then get an email saying - Sorry out of stock. My son is still sleeping on the floor and I've now got to try and source another bed. Sort your website out”

“You didnt deliver it. You delivered the bed, but no mattress, I've then emailed the company for a whole week and got no response. They dont answer the phone and they dont respond to emails. The customer service is terrible. Such a shame as the bed is lovely. But the terrible customer service means I will now have to take it down and send it back, as a bed without a mattress serves no purpose at all”
