“We bought this table and chair set to save space, it’s perfect for where we needed it for. I was really impressed with the service and quick delivery of this item. We’ve had this a week now and when we opened it we found a chair to be damaged, I have emailed 4/5 times and sent 2 messages online, iv left a voicemail on the number too. But sadly iv heard nothing back, hence only 3 star rating, please can someone get back to me and send me a replacement chair.”

“I would advise people not to buy from here have been sent the wrong bed and are not getting anywhere with trying to rectify this. Spoke to so many people who have ordered from here too and they have all had issues. Would definitely avoid at all costs!!”

“Disappointed to see the condition of my new bed when it arrived. Haven't unwrapped properly yet as still decorating the room but the condition of the packaging is disgusting. Hoping the bed is not damaged”

“Tall boy arrived, started to build it up only to realise have of the fixings were missing. So I now have a half built tall boy standing that's not safe in my house with a toddler around. Been trying for nearly a week to contact Noa and Nani with no success. Email, phone and messenger I have used all 3 with still no reply. Very poor”

“I paid for named day delivery for a bed for my daughter. On the day of delivery only 2 out of 3 boxes arrived. I have been trying to get in touch with this company ever since then but their phone doesn't accept calls and they are not replying to my emails. Do not order from this company. Absolutely disgraceful sending an 'automated' message to say they are working tirelessly but they are more than happy to respond to compliments or people looking to buy products from them. Once you have placed your order, good luck getting you items or a response from them. If you know your company is struggling to fulfill orders, why would you continue to all more orders and still give the option for named day delivery. What an absolute joke!! Picture included obviously doesn't have a bed in it! This is where my daughter is sleeping having sold her old bed on the same day the new one should have arrived. Bravo Noa and Nani.”
