“We are very happy with the Cabin Bed with Ladder and it arrived earlier than expected, to our son's delight! However, we were sent the wrong bed tent. Furthermore, after sending 3 emails and phoning (no space on answerphone to leave a voicemail) we still have not received any response from Noa&Nani! Good value products. Poor customer service - in our opinion.”

“This is a great bed and excellent quality but unfortunately the customer service at Noa and Nani is awful. The bed arrived with only one set of slats so my three year old has been sleeping on his mattress on the floor for over a week on the bottom bunk. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact Noa and Nani via email, phone, Facebook and PayPal but no response. I'm very disappointed with this buying experience and not nice for my children's first cabin bed - they were so excited about receiving their first bed together. Please can someone respond!”

“I would love to write a review on the Pirate Top Tunnel, but I am still waiting for it to arrive. I have telephoned and left a message and emailed, but as yet got no reply. I had an email from DPD saying my delivery date was 14th July, but it never materialised. When I got in touch with DPD I was told they had received the order but not the parcel. When my item, which is paid for, arrives I will gladly add a photo and review, but until then I am tunnel less!”

“Whilst the quality of the bed is high, the customer service level of this company is absolutely atrocious. They do not answer phone calls and take three days to reply to emails. I bought goods on 4th July, asked to change it on the 6th - they were delivered incorrectly on the 9th July and its now the 20th and we are still “corresponding” when the whole thing could have been solved with a phone call.”

“Do not waste your time. I have not received the correct number of boxes to make up my delivery of the Canterbury Dresser. I paid £19 on top of the cost of the item to get faster delivery and only found out the order was in complete when the drivers were delivering. I haven't contacted you via email as yet with no response and am still waiting to hear from you. We cannot assemble the dresser without the last box. I do not understand why you would send out an incomplete order and not be in contact to arrange delivery of the missing box. Please can you respond to my email.”

“Order #94918 (WEB94918) I paid in full and I am still waiting on the product in full - received half the order with missing parts. Have emailed, called and used all social media options to try and contact Noa and Nani Team. They replied on social media with an automated response that Covid was hitting them hard. Please either refund me my money or give me what I have paid you for. Covid is no excuse for taking payment for something you haven't or cant deliver on. Please reply to me.”
