“Bed arrived faulty-hand prints in the paint where the bed had been handled too soon during the painting and drying process, paint all smudged into a hand print shape at the foot end of the bed. Small holes were also in 2 other parts of the frame. Telephone number unable to take calls so the only point of contact is email, staff at N &N take days and days to respond to emails and I have now had this faulty bed for 6 weeks with still no resolution in place. Poor customer service in every way. A very angry and Disappointed customer.”

“Came broken, small rips to tent tunnel, flexible poles sticking out of the fabric and wrong pole to tower. Really poor cheap quality. Really disappointed with customer services taking days to get back to me yet still posting sales on Facebook.”

“Its not a great review... i had 1 chair missing and a broken bench. Still hasn't been resolved and can't use my table for my daughters party tomorrow because half isnt in use. Its a lot of money to spend to have to wait for replacements. I would like it resolved soon please”

“This review is not actually regarding the odin bed. I cant comment as have not received the item. I placed my order for the odin bed and also some accessories in pink. The items received were the incorrect bed and accessories in blue. Nearly 2 weeks later This is still not sorted. It took a week to get a response to my first emails. Not impressed with customer service. I understand mistakes happen, but 2 weeks later and still storing incorrect items and no delivery of ordered items is in my opinion unacceptable.”

“I have had trouble with fitting the draws on the cabinet I have called the help line and left a message 3 days ago and nobody has got back to me and I have also tryed emailing you but it has just said that the email address is not correct so I have now got one cabinet with a draw I can not open and I am afraid to fit the other draw as it is sticking half way so scared to push it as I my not be able to open it again”
