“Still fighting customer service for the foot of the bed . Can't be assembled without it . Quite possibly the worst aftercare I've ever known in my life . Disabled son sleeping in with me and husband. Actually beyond brassed off . Previous reviews on service are all on par with this case . Avoid avoid avoid”

“order my sons cabin slide be with tunnel, tower & tent. delivered very quickly however the tent part was missing. emailed, calld & sent a message via instagram however still waiting on a reply! hope this is sorted soon and i actually get a response!”

“The bed arrived a day early with no communication meaning the delivery was missed. I had to source additional screws for the bed at my own inconvenience and cost which was very disappointing. Customer service is non-existent with replies, if any, being received days later. I will never order from this company again and wished I’d have shopped from a well-known company instead of taking the risk!”

“I’m very upset that all the piece to my bed did not turn up. I’ve tried to get in touch with the company and had lack of response. I paid extra to get the delivery on a day that I would be in, to find that I have missing pieces. Very upset about this.”

“I was happy with my 1st order so I decide to buy more from them - WHAT A MISTAKE - These people sent me the wrong item - I carried it to the 1st floor, unpacked, realised it's just doors and drawers from a different cabinet packed it up and emailed them. No reply for over a week.The box has been sitting in my living room for two weeks now. Now they are saying they wont collect it and that I should dispose of it - these people are inconsiderate beyond imagination. They reply to emails once a week, they don't answer phones. If you have a problem there is no one to solve it. AVOID - go to IKEA.”

“Disappointed with customer service, one of the panels has a split in it and we’re still awaiting a call back from the company. I have left 3 voicemails. The bed itself is lovely (apart from the split panel). Takes a while to assemble and the instructions for putting in the slide are not great. You need to assemble the side panel (then remove once assembled to put in the slide dropped side panel)”
