“Sadly we fell into the pitfalls of buying furniture online. You really need to feel and see it in person. We just hated it. After assembling the table, we just couldn't stand the sight of it and dismantled it and packed it away again, we took two chairs out... but didn't bother assembling them. It went on freecycle just to get it out of the house fast. So far no takers, we literally cannot give it away. The table is significantly yellower than the online photo's portray and the whole thing just looks cheap, which it wasn't particularly. Assembly itself is straightforward though and the delivery was okay, glad we didn't pay the £30 express delivery option, that would have rubbed salt in the wound. I guess we judge it to be a lesson learned, some things are best not bought online.”

“Not sure what the Una bed is like - I was sent the incorrect product which we didn't realise until after building most of it. Obviously not great, but they were very apologetic and after some emails with customer service, we've come to a satisfactory solution. They did offer to replace with the Una but we felt it was a bit late for that after already spending a couple of hours building the bed, having already got rid of the toddler bed to make way for this one, and with my son being so excited about being able to sleep in his new bed that evening. Reading the reviews, it doesn't look like I'm alone here so my advice would be to check your package on receipt to make sure you have the right thing!”

“Ordered this bed specifically to be used with the Olaf trundle bed. Firstly my order tuned up incomplete and my daughter had to go without a bed for 3 days. Once the built the bed looks nice and seems ok quality. However I was about to order the trundle to go underneath when I noticed it doesn't fit a standard mattress as it's length is 185cm - this wouldn't be a problem if they sold a mattress to fit it but they don't and google suggests they are hard to find. I'm now stuck with the bed and can't use it for what we wanted. I have had to speak with customer service several times due to parts being sent incorrectly - many advisors have a bit of a don't care attitude - would be reluctant to order anything from here again.”

“Awful service! I will never use this company again. No item is worth the amount of stress to get hold of the goods you have paid for. Long story short: I ordered my item day 1 they took my money day 2, after over 6 weeks and four failed deliveries being ‘lost in transit’ with no explanation and over 20 email exchanges, I eventually received my item on the fifth delivery attempt. The item was ok, but to be honest not worth the money or the effort you have to go through to receive it.”
