“It took 3 hours to build. I don’t think the bed will last long. I’m scared to sit on the bed to read child a book, as I think it will break the bed (I’m petite and not heavy). Bed makes a noise, every time 3 year old moves when asleep”

“I’m glad you asked! This company is not all that it seems. What looks like a cute Scandi kids furniture brand seems to actually be a cynical, uncontacfable, uncaring, disorganised, shambolic fly-by-night trader. 7-14 days expected delivery when ordered, delivered the next day. Dismantled daughter’s bed, weekend came, opened boxes, parts missing (plus screws and instructions). “Our order terms say may not arrive all together”. Would have been nice to have been told what we got wasn’t the whole thing but OK. Got told the rest would come the best week. Told the company exactly what parts were missing (according to instructions downloaded online). What happens, after a few days, it comes, my wide opens the box and it’s the same parts as the first delivery! Weeks later still don’t have the missing parts and the courier company are pestering me when they can collect the duplicate box of parts! You couldn’t make it up! Emails are answered in the morning (if you’re lucky) then no response until the next day. Phone number doesn’t work. Live chat is a robot. AVOID AVOID AVOID!”

“Unfortunately we returned this item as when we opened the box the storage unit smelled strongly of chemicals. We aired it out for 48 hours and it still smelled bad so we organised a return. I will say that Noa and Nani gave really good customer service - the delivery of the item to our home was in good time, and they were very quick to organise a collection when we decided to return it.”
