“I’ll let you know when I actually receive the full set of bunk beds waited over a week and I’ve only received a frame on Friday then the slats on Tuesday I’m feeling hopeful today I might actually get a full set of bunk beds! So frustrating!!”

“The bed itself is well made and i definitely recommend it. However it arrived with a missing part for the tower meaning we were unable to put it up, a rip in the tunnel and a chip in one of the bed parts. Unable to call the company and speak to them and not getting a reply from the email, hopefully will soon but poor communication.”

“Beautiful Bedside Table, Shame one of them Come with Wrong Parts so is Unusable!! I Contacted Via Email saying you would be intouch (Automated) i then Contacted Via Instagram you told me to Contact the Email Which i Already have and Still waiting from Friday!!! Now 4 days Later and a Incomplete bedroom and only 1 Bedside Table Fit for Use!!! Photo of the Bedside we Could Make!! STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE FROM THIS COMPANY!! Theyve Read my messages and Not even Replied!!! I would Avoid this Company!! Looking from Facebook they’ve a few similar issues with other Customers too!!!”

“I would love to be writing a review of the bed we ordered, sadly so far we have only received half of it. Communication with customer service team is very poor. I was eventually told the rest of the bed would be delivered today - half an hour before the 2 hour time slot. Changed plans to make sure someone would be at home, but surprise - no delivery received! They really are appalling, i certainly won’t be ordering from them again.”

“I am happy that these bunk beds seem sturdy. However, one pice was damaged upon onpening the packaging. Geeting hold of Noa and Nani to get a replacement part is proving impossible! So, bunk beds are good, Noa and Nani customer service not so much.”
