“I was disappointed. The price alongside the picture of a bed with the ‘tent’ and a tunnel had led me to believe this was what I was purchasing. £59 for the 5 pieces of fabric that go underneath feels over-priced and out of line with what the rest of the market is offering. I’d chosen Noa and Nani as I thought the cost would endure a good product band it was for my four-year-olds birthday. The ‘tent’ without top section left him fairly unimpressed and disappointed. I won’t shop with the company again, and do urge you to remove the misleading picture. It’s dishonest.”

“Happy with the bed but originally ordered in grey by mistake. I had to wait till the money was taken then reimbursed before I could re-order rather than being able to amend the order. It then for some reason costs 50 pounds more for white!”

“I would not recommend buying from this company. It arrived quickly but with some damage to the packaging which had been repaired with lots of tape. I mention this because when we opened it to assemble, it contained no nails. Noa & Nani have been arid and slow to deal with the issue (if at all). A little boy has been left for days without a bed. We are still waiting and hoping to resolve this issue.”

“I still haven’t received my item the courier that is used is absolutely shocking no tracking facility item was meant to be delivered Friday still not here not able to track no facilities to phone the company to check on item can only email and live chat have done so multiple times with absolutely no response. This service is shocking having spent 100s of pounds and no idea where my items are I’m very very unhappy. Couldn’t comment on the quality as haven’t yet received and have absolutely no idea if or when I will receive my items. Shocking”

“On the whole it’s a good bed. It’s sturdy and fairly easy to put together. One of the steps on the ladder has split so not sure how long this will last. My main gripe, as i read from many other reviews, is the tower which is a total waste of time. There is no way to properly connect it to the bed without wrecking the wood and the metal poles have sharp edges. I ended up using duct tape to attach it and to cover the dangerous edges. The flag doesn’t stay up straight either. Delivery was fairly quick however I only got the frame, the slats and accessories came the next day. There was no prior mention that there would be two packages or deliveries so that was frustrating.”

“I can’t review this order as I have not received it! I ordered this item on the 5th October paid extra for it to be delivered next day. I still have not received my item. Very poor will never order anything from you again.”
