“Well the shoe cabinet might be lovely but who knows... Seeing as Its been three weeks since I ordered and have been sent a Winchester 2 door cabinet, half of a Winchester 3 door cabinet and yet another half of a Winchester 3 door cabinet. Why always a Winchester and not the Vermont I ordered, who knows! No response from customer service and you can never just talk to a person over the phone you have to wait for email responses or you do the online chat but then they say they will arrange a replacement to be delivered on a certain date so you take the day off and when nothing arrives you find the order was never actually arranged. So if anyone wants half a Winchester shoe cabinet feel free to ask because surprisingly enough they're not much use to me.”

“I would have loved to have left a review telling you how beautiful these beds are but unfortunately I have never received them due to the courier company they use. After contacting both the courier company and noa and Nani I am now over a week without any beds and no refund either. I would not order from noa and Nani again due to their courier service they use. As xpd have a dreadful rating on trust pilot and as a owner of a company myself I would always make sure the companies I use are trustworthy”

“I received this digger bed last month put it together today to find the slats and tent missing, Missing box was never sent according to courier. Bed quality looks good easy to put together disappointing about the missing parts as my son was very excited about his new bed.”

“The table arrived very quickly, which is a positive for sure. However, when the table arrived their was a chip in the paint and also I had been sent the wrong size table. I contacted the company on the day as soon as I noticed these faults, calling them multiple times, with no answer and via email twice. Again, still no reply. I am appalled with the customer service I had experienced because it is non existent.”

“We were really looking forward to receiving this item and had waited in for delivery on the named day we requested. Unfortunately, on the day, the courier company informed that they had not received the item from Noa and Nani. On further investigation it turned out that the item was out of stock. We had not been informed of this, all we had received were emails of order confirmation. No alternative was offered. We were refunded in full the following day. The poor review does not reflect the product, as we have never received it, but it does reflect or frustration at poor customer service.”

“Would love to leave a review, however after purchasing, paying and receiving the receipt I got a follow up email to say out of stock and that a refund would be issued. Probably a nice item but gone elsewhere and wouldn't recommend company. Pity 1”

“Item received in good time. Opened the box and the main part was missing. Unable to even attempt to build the drawers. Asked for replacement item to no avail, drawers then out of stock. To say this was the first time ordering with this company, safe to say it will definitely be the last. Not something you expect for an item costing £150. Then have the cheek to ask for a review! No pictures to add as unable to build the drawers. They also said they will not be collecting the drawers that cannot be built, I have to somehow dispose of these myself while heavily pregnant. Not impressed!”

“The parcel was split into two parts, only one part arrived and the second box was lost in it’s way. Then it turned out, that the item was out of stock and the order could not be completed. I was refunded 100% of the payment, but this has caused me so much unnecessary hassle - very inconvenient.”
