“A lovely looking cabinet, good quality and great for my shoes. However, some of the instructions were numbered wrong, as the reviews I read had warned. For example, the reference to 'h' screws meant 'q' so make sure you count the number off screws corresponds what you need. There was also two parts missing - plastic spacers for the back panels, but we used tape as a work around as it wasn't a big deal. My husband's an experienced flat pack guy, and put it together in a few hours, BUT I really didn't like the email I received offering me an incentive of an upgrade to a five draw to left a good review. I wish companies would't do this. I didn't take it up, but just bear in mind the reviewers you read may have acted on this incentive. I would have left an extra star had they not done that.”

“Didn’t even deliver all of my bed They just left 3 Pieces of my bed And said the rest will be there the next day . That next day never came now I literally have no bed I couldn’t be any more disappointed I fully want a refund”

“Paid for a grey bed, but somehow was told later it was out of stock. Then a grey bed arrived which we thought was a pleasant surprise. Cancelled the replacement order of white bed so that there isn’t a duplicate order. Dismantled old bed and binned it, opened boxes of what was supposed to be grey bed, and it was lacking the actual frame of the bed. Now left with unhappy child with no bunk bed, sleeping on the floor. Why anybody would deliver half a bed is beyond me. Still awaiting an actual bed and customer service to reply..”

“The reason of the 1 star is not because I am not happy about the quality of the product. The quality is very good. The problem is the customer care. I contacted them 3 times using the web chat because I received 2 Fairy tunnels and I didn't received the tent. The first time they told me they will send me the tent. After that I tried 2 more times in the days after to have a tracking number but they simply didn't answer and terminate the conversation.”

“Absolutely dreadful experience with this company. Ordered a white double bed frame, and a grey king size one arrived! I refused the delivery, and asked for my correct order to be sent. Yet again, the second delivery was wrong with a grey head & footboard and a white frame, with triple sleeper slats!!!!! Poor customer experience, and as this was meant to be for a birthday present tomorrow, I have cancelled my order and bought one from elsewhere. I can't comment on the product quality, but I couldn't recommend this company based on deliveries and customer experience. If I did my job so badly, I'd be fired!!!”

“I was so excited for my little boy to get his new bed. We’d looked so many places to find a bed that would fit in his small room, but still give us storage space underneath. This bed seemed ideal. The ordering and delivery process was great, the bed arrived swiftly and was delivered by two very friendly men. My husband was going to assemble the bed at the weekend as this was when he was off work. We unpack the bed frame on a Saturday morning to discover there were no instructions included, however the website said they were available online. I attempted to download the instructions to find that the ones for this bed were not there. I then attempted to call the company to ask for some to be sent. The calls just went straight to answer phone. I have emailed, and attempted to contact them via social media to no avail. Their customer service is non existent. Luckily my husband is quite proficient at flat pack so managed to assemble the bed after several hours. The build quality is not what I expected for the price we paid. It’s quite flimsy and it looks cheap. The storage cupboards it comes with luckily did have instructions but were so hard to assemble, and again the quality was awful. Holes hadn’t been cut out correctly, and there were issues with the way things went together. The wood split when hammering the nails in, and the overall look is cheap. I was bitterly disappointed as I was expecting good things as I Had read some great reviews about this company. But I will not be purchasing from them again.”
