“The canvas coverings have been ordered, but were not delivered with the other product ordered (the Christopher Cabin Bed). I raised that the order wasn’t present and nothing has been done about it. No refund has been provided, despite 6 emails traded back and forth. In the end I’ve had to order the canvas coverings again and have contacted my credit card company to get a refund. Beware that after sales is not this company’s strong point. I am £120 out of pocket.”

“Decent quality for price. Nice touch that items are numbered to help with assembly. Disappointed to pay £30 for next day delivery on a Friday about midday but didn’t get item til Tuesday afternoon. Have to dig into website to ascertain that next day delivery cut off time is 9am! Never heard of a company to have such a early cut off time and therefore this information should be far more prominent on website to allow customers to have a more informed decision on whether to pay for this option. Also could to with staying that it only refers to ‘next working day’ delivery as well. Would I use again?”

“Only one extension was delivered. I have been chasing the company for nearly two weeks. Now they are not even replying to me. Next step is to go to my credit card company to obtain a refund.”

“Good solid wardrobe that is very smart and relatively easy to assemble. Main reason for only giving 3/5 however is that the product we received was not what we ordered from the website. We appear to have been sent a newer Tobie model which is approximately 30cm taller and 12cm wider than the product we thought we had purchased. The website has since been updated. This isn't ideal as it is in a relatively small children's room so saving space is important. Also no internal shelf so rail is higher meaning my 4 year old can't reach it. Raised the issue with customer services via webchat who said they would look into it and get back to me via email but we're yet to hear anything. Disappointing because the product we have received seems to be good quality.”

“Worst company I have ever dealt with, top was damaged, the rest of the dressing table is fine, rather nice actually! They want the whole thing returning and not just the top. Can’t guarantee replacement won’t be damaged either! They won’t just send a replacement top as many other companies would. I have spent hours on live chat to be told the same thing, won’t allow conversation with managers and won’t allow call backs either! The won’t allow a new one to be ordered and tops swapped over! Does not make viable business sense to send one driver out to collect damaged one, to then a few days later send another driver with a new one!! Talk about contributing to carbon emissions! I will update my review once this issue is resolved, but until then just go to IKEA! Similar price range and better customer service!”
