I ordered this mattress in October alongside the bed. Only the bed arrived with no information on where the mattress was. After contacting the company they told me they were out of stock and that it would take 2 weeks. After 3 weeks I had heard nothing so I contacted them again and they said it would be delivered in the next few days, I was given a tracking number which was useless as when I entered it it said it had been delivered. It is now December and I still haven’t received the mattress. This was supposed to be a birthday present which has now been missed. I’m desperate to receive it in time for Xmas but I’m not getting anywhere with the company. I’m sure the product is fine but the customer service is awful, I wouldn’t use them again.

Presumably, once the bed is finished being built it will be majestic. Unfortunately, when I received my order a box was missing. I contact CS who advised they MUST have pictures of the boxes I had received to make sure they sent the correct missing box. So outside in my pyjamas I went to photograph the empty boxes for the live chat. 3 days later another package arrive from Now & Nani. Only it's the wrong box. To add insult to injury, it's also the wrong colour. 7 days after placing my original order with next day delivery, I'm still waiting for the rest of my order. Disappointed would be an understatement and the experience has definitely clouded my view of the bed.

After ordering this dining set, and paying for next day delivery it was delivered without the chairs. I contacted Noa & Nani, who stated Panther the delivery service had lost them.... however panther had already contacted me, stating only half of the order had been delivered to them! They gave me 3 options.... 1- collect and refund 2- keep and wait for chairs to come in to stock - (couldn’t give a date) 4- they could send another bench instead of chairs... Instead I asked to exchange the whole table for the same set but in a different colour. Apparently this request was a lot to ask... as it took 3 days to get a definitive response. After this request was granted, I was informed that they didn’t have the chairs in this colour either... even though... their website is still showing 10+ In stock of the chairs and 4 variations of the table with chairs, 4 days later. I would not order from this website again. They are unable to match the website quantities with actual physical quantities in their own warehouse! After almost 2 weeks.... I have half a dining set. Great job Noa & Nani

I have been waiting for the item to arrive for over a week now and it still has yet to even be at my doorstep. They have promised to send a replacement and have claimed it was a courier issue; i am still waiting. My excitement of how their bedside table could’ve been such a perfect fit to my room has been shattered - up until now, my bedside is empty

We order Table set but we just get table and bench no chair. When we email them they said the chair are out of stock. Even don’t open product just send back because it wasn’t full set

Item came with missing runner. Live chatted with the team who could not promise next day delivery. I waited a full week only to find they sent the wrong replacement. Now I am in week 3. From Friday it took the whole weekend until the evening of Monday to get a response. Tuesday morning they promised next day delivery. It’s 7pm and I still haven’t received the part. Despite a number of complaints to management somewhat directly as the assistant refused to give me their direct contact I had to go through her, I have not been given any goodwill gesture for the inconvenience, time wasted and embarrassment as this was part of a room makeover as a surprise! Surprise down the pan and little to no empathy. Just a bunch of robotic we’re sorry for your experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY CARE NOTHING FOR TGE OAYING CUSTOMER ONCE THEYVE BANKED YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!

After having family order beds from here and seeing how good the quality is and after finding them easy enough to build. We could not wait to move into our new house and order our boy a brand new bed, but after 4 cancelled orders, stating ‘we cannot ship to your area’ currently the fantastic girls on live chat helped me resolve this and after placing another order I have now been waiting 10 days after being told it would take 4 days, I am still waiting on my 4th refund .... and the bed...... luckily I know how good a quality these products are, what fantastic value for money & how good their customer service team are otherwise I would have lost the plot by now. Let’s see if my shoe rack turns up before the bed shall we?! Lol

The cabin bed itself is a good product. It looks the part and is solid. The issue is that I have been sent a load of additional parts, that the company want to take no responsibility for. Despite requesting instructions on what to do with the spare parts, I have heard nothing and despite emails being traded and the promise of escalation to management, I have heard nothing. Customer service is really poor. If you get what you order, you will be ok, but read the comments on here regarding delivery. You’ve been warned.
