“The chest was as advertised and arrived quickly. Unfortunately not all the screws were included, so I could not attach the handles to the drawers making it unusable. Despite informing CS team about this, I have yet to be told when I can expect the screws...!”

“I ordered the bunk beds and received prompt delivery but the four headboards were missing from the delivery. After numerous emails and requests for call back, having been told the missing parts were resent I still am yet to receive. I am now stuck with bunk beds I can’t assemble having taken the current bed down to build the bunk beds. I’m very disappointed in the level of service here and I cannot even get a phone call to resolve this issue. I am having to wait for delayed responses on the emails. I cannot comment on the bunk beds due to not having all parts.”

“The product itself is fine - its ikea standard however the company you are dealing with are border line criminal - the worst customer experience I have ever had - computer says no and take ages to get back to you - still waiting for our issues to be resolved including being over charged and sent the wrong items. You have been warned!”

“I havenot received the cabin bed and slide yet. The items arrived this friday Dec 4 with the accesories ONLY. My daughter cried because she’s been waiting for the cabin bed and slide for a long time. Hope to hear from your company about the bed and slide.”

“Happy with what I've recieved, still waiting on them sorting a issue which is im been sent 6 chairs instead of the 2 chairs 2 benches that seems to be getting nowhere fast, messaging daily to get one reply back each day, then being told they with look into it, good product for the money, terrible customer service”
