“Ordered a sports tent cabin bed for our son. When it arrived I had concerns about the amount of boxes which were only 2 and I thought there would have been 3. A couple of days went by before assembling the bed and to my surprise an incomplete bed! No slats for the mattress and no sports tent fabrics! So we currently have a half complete bed in which our son can't sleep on. No phone number to call only email of which nobody has replied to resolve the issue.”

“It’s now Tuesday and not only ate we still yet to receive the bed we paid weekend delivery for (extra) but what’s even worse is that we are still yet to get any sort of helpful correspondence in regards to when this will be after sending numerous messages via Instagram, the website and by email. Utterly appalling service to say the least”

“Poor poor quality and bad customer service Bed collapsed and broke within a week of use by my 6 year old son Customer service is atrocious initially offering me a replacement bed that they then claim is out of stock and constant chasing to eventually allegedly be offered a refund but now apparently I have to disassemble this wood contraption that claims to be a bed and send photos ( they have already had them ) I am not dispatching this pile of wood as I have no faith they will actually issue my refund once done as this company have honoured none of its other “ promises “ and are a complete joke Avoid avoid avoid”
