“I ordered this item nearly TWO weeks ago and paid the additional fee of £30 for next day delivery. It took TEN days for my item to arrive and it was incomplete. As you can see from the photo attached, I DID NOT receive what I paid for. I have tried to contact the company but their communication is absolutely shocking! They won't even provide a phone number so I can actually speak to someone. I would highly advise that you DO NOT use this company.”

“Haven’t taken it out of the package as the item description said table and chairs but in small print this is just the table which is of no use to us without chairs!!!! A more accurate description would’ve been preferred!”

“I never received this item but they was quick enough to take my money. I received the fairy tent but not the actual bed. I have phoned and there is no answer and have also sent emails to which I have received no replies. I am now considering further action to get my money back. My daughter is so upset and we can’t afford to throw money away like this.”
