“Bed itself isn’t actually too bad, no instructions and the link said error 404 page not found. Delivery however was a terrible experience, zero communication to say it had been despatched or even an order confirmation. Received an email at 825 on the day of despatch to say it would be delivered that day 3 hours later!! Slight damage but due to the hassle and poor response from customer service I decided to just live with it”

“Very bad service, ordered two bed with mattress only received the bed slats and mattress with no bed frame so decided to return the order and refund my money, I have been chasing them to come and collect their boxes, on 3 different occasions they would say XDP coming to collect and no one came, in this 3 different occasions I have to take annual leave to stay at home. I have asked for my money to be refunded and they can come collect their boxes at any time they refused.”

“Arrived a day late despite having a tracking link for the previous day, it was then delivered damaged at my front door despite not being in. The product was damaged and poorly constructed, I was however offered a refund, replacement parts or a discount to keep the unit.”
