“I had my order arrive a week ago and only the chairs arrived not the dining table set which is £460. XPD also signed my name for me and left the pair of chairs at the door. I have sent numerous emails expresssing my deep concern that my order has not successfully arrived and the communication has been so poor, taking days to respond back and then no follow up on any investigations they have said they will do. I have paid alot of money with your company and still have yet to receive my order with no further emails from you or XPD. I want someone to respond to me ASAP - i have spoken with a Frances and Jodie on email so far but have no response back about where my order is. I want a new order sent out to me immediately or a full refund!!”

“2 mattresses ordered, arrived in 2 separate deliveries with no notification from company this would happen so had to take time out to chase this. Also other part of the order has still not arrived and no response from company after chasing 3 times! Frustrated”

“Not happy at all , I ordered this with next day delivery. On the day of expected delivery I was told i was the second drop and then they switched to say they didn’t receive my order. I emailed and the replies are the same of apology and no action. I was meant to move out 2 weeks ago due to this I have been delayed moving with my daughter. I emailed to complain it’s been 2 weeks now and still no response when my order will be delivered. Worse order I’ve ever come across. Think before ordering because they say there was an error on system showing it’s in stock yet it’s not. Where’s my bed ???Frustrating!!!”

“Very disappointing with my overall experience. I ordered this item for a birthday present which arrived over a week late, although this was also down to the courier. Since the item arrived I have emailed to complain as the item arrived damaged, within the email I also included images. 3 days later I am yet to receive a response. So not only did the item arrive late, it’s arrived damaged and no communication received with a resolution so hence no option but to post a poor review of my unacceptable experience.”
