“I am unable to review the product as anything other than 'Very Poor' as it arrived incomplete. The baskets and bench cushion are missing. Communication from the company is practically non-existent. Very difficult to get a hold of which prompted me to look at previous reviews. I wish I'd read those first as it seems to be common practice for this company to send out incomplete items. Extremely disappointing.”

“My item came badly damaged. I have sent several emails but have not had a response. This company don’t give a damn and don’t even have the courtesy to reply to emails. Because of this I am about to take legal action. Shocking company and no customer service whatsoever.”

“Disappointed. Two boxes expected, one containing the carcass of the chest of drawers, the other with the fixings, drawers, handles etc. Two boxes of the carcass sent, so this item cannot be put together. No response from customer service as yet.”

“I can’t review this item as I still haven’t received it. Also I have had no reply from noa and Nani to tell me where my item is. My son is now without a bed as we got rid of his cot bed the day before his new one was delivered and the company don’t even seem to care enough to reply to emails.”

“I have been trying to contact you for nearly a week and not having any success. The bed arrived with no slats and a crack on one of the panels. There is no customer service and trying to get a reply via email is no painful. I’m very unhappy with the service or the product! I have lived house which is stressful and wanted my son bedroom to be perfect. He has no bed to sleep in as I have not got the slats to finished making it. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with this company and would not recommend.”

“I ordered the bed and mattress however the mattress was missing from my delivery and you customer service team have failed to solve the issue despite several emails from me. All I have had in reply is emails saying you are looking into the issue. It should be a simple fix, you didn’t deliver the mattress so all you need to do is apologise and send another one. I will not be recommending your company. Your customer service stinks”
