“I cannot give a proper review as we are still waiting for the ends of the bed to be able to put it together. However I have sent numerous emails/ contact forms with absolutely no response. I wouldn't mind if we actually had some information back so we knew a timescale. So far two boxes on two different days from different delivery people. Hoping to receive perhaps the third and last box or will be requesting a refund. Shame because the quality is quite good. Wish I had heeded previous reviews and gone elsewhere.”

“I ordered 2 shelves one in white and one in pink but was given 2 white shelves. Disappointed. However once up they are nice and strong.”

“My first time buying from this company My delivery of the cabin bed was ment to come and the delivery driver dropped off 2 mattresses (only) when I hadn’t even brought mattresses, so I was clearly given someone else’s order, then 2 days later the delivery driver come and collected the 2 mattresses back from me. the driver then brought my mid sleeper a few days later at 8.30pm at night. During this time I received no emails to even state when my delivery would be it was just by chance I was home when delivery came. When opening the boxes I received prices to 2 different style of tents so they don’t match. Also when opening the box I found a vital piece of the bed was very badly broken by this point most of the bed was already put together so I had to glue/add my own piece of wood to support what was broken. Very disappointed.”

“Still waiting for it to be delivered a week after the frame arrived what good is a bed frame without a mattress customer services is a joke the phone number just goes to O2 voicemail an they take forever to reply to emails frame looks great tho just a shame it’s not complete”
