“Very poor customer service. Order placed and a DPD delivery note arrived in my inbox stating a February 22nd delivery date. However this has passed and the courier has not received the table to deliver. Multiple emails to Noa and Nani email addresses and I’ve received no reply. Disappointing.”

“Nice product, but really disappointed with the company and it's customer service, or lack of. I ordered the day bed with mattress, but only the bed frame turned up. When I queried the whereabouts of the mattress I could only contact by email, which then took someone days to get back to me. I got the mattress eventually, 1 month later, but only after putting up a fight, goodness knows how many emails and having to wait 5 days for a reply each time - they even had the cheek to accuse me of only paying for the frame and asked me to send proof of my bank statement, when the order is shown clear as day in my N&N account history. Just look at Twitter - so many complaints of similar customer service issues.”

“The most unprofessional, awful company I have had the misfortune of buying through!! Purchased this bed and changed my mind, checked the terms and conditions on the website which state that you can cancel for a full refund before the item has been dispatched. I sent a request (currently the only way to contact them) within 20 minutes of placing the order requesting to cancel but they sent the order anyway, contacted them and their customer service team said they had missed my request and are now forcing me to cover the cost of returning the item and are saying it’s my fault for accepting the item if I didn’t want it (the item was left outside my home as I was out when it was delivered), they literally make you pay for their mistakes! Such an unprofessional and quite frankly unlawful company, when asked why they won’t honour their stated terms and conditions they just avoid the question, they won’t let me speak to a manager and non one will call me to resolve this. Avoid this company at all costs!!! Plus the tent aspects of this product are so flimsy and cheaply made they all ripped within a month and have had to be thrown away.”

“I found the company helpful. I was initially annoyed as the bed came in different boxes at different times. My son therefore had no bed for a couple weeks... also the tent at the bottom is really flimsy ... the ties pull off after a couple times of your child going under. Not overly impressed”

“The bed was delivered with parts missing. It should not have left the warehouse This was a birthday present and the castle tower is missing which spoils the effect. No communication regarding the timescale for the missing part. Very poor customer services .”

“Good Morning, Please see attached- I currently have 3 sets of drawers, I only ordered 2. I have not yet received my dresser and stool - which is in my order and what I have paid for. I’ve spent hours trying to email, ring and contact someone to fix this problem. You are now asking me to write a review for the product I have paid for and haven’t received. This is taking up a lot of my time and energy, please can someone send me my dresser and stool as my order states. I get that there is a global pandemic, but you shouldn’t be open if you can’t provide a minimum level of customer service to issues like this. Kind regards,”
