“I ordered the table ssdumingbit came with chairs as in the catalogue . In small print it did say table only but very misleading Anyway table is useless to me so I wanted to add chairs. NO WAY. I have to return table then re order. . Waste of time money and effort sadly. Need innovation .”

“Product arrived incomplete (one of the three boxes - containing the slats for the bed - was missing). I only realised something was missing after I'd opened the main bed box and checked the parts against the instructions. The pieces appeared to be good quality but were unusable without the slats. I emailed and phoned Noa and Nani several times to get the missing parts delivered, but the phone went unanswered and no one replied to my emails for over a week. During that time I read several reviews from purchases who'd had similar experiences, so I decided to return the bed and order from another company. The collection was eventually arranged by Noa and Nani, as was the refund. Very disappointed with this whole experience. I understand that deliveries go wrong once in a while, but poor customer service is inexcusable.”

“I can’t review this product as we cannot build it because I am still waiting for some of the parts to arrive, one week after original delivery. Communication has been terrible throughout and a complete lack of willingness to help from customer service. Still no advice on when the missing box can be delivered. And to think I paid extra for one day delivery. Avoid at all costs!”

“The bed arrived but it’s turned out no bed slats were delivered and I’ve spent the last week trying to get in touch with company to no avail. I have a half built bed that cost £200 and no response from the company. It seems this is common theme with customers. I will keep trying to get in touch”

“We received half the delivery last Monday, 22nd feb but still haven’t received the rest despite being told that this would arrive before, I have emailed but not yet received a response. Awaiting the rest of the bed so my daughter doesn’t have to sleep on the floor anymore, please contact me, Sarah Mutch”
