“The item has still not been delivered although i paid a next day delivery. MY daughter is without a mattress, and whats worse we also ordered a cabin bed to be delivered to the same address that was delivered without any slats for the bed!!!!! We have had no reply from Noa Nani nor have they responded to any emails, and you cannot reach them on the phone. Please call me URGENTLY on 07572 263 467 before i report to trading standards.”

“I don’t see how I can review the benches when I’ve not received them and have been emailing for an update for delivery after paying for weekend delivery on the 6th. I’ve still heard anything!!”

“I haven’t yet received my order due to a stock issue but I was emailed straight away about the issue and given options of what I wanted to do next so I cannot fault my service so far. These things happen especially during these uncertain times but I’m looking forward to receiving the bed once it’s in stock.”

“Received the bed slats within a few days, after a week received an email saying the delivery went wrong and they were re-sending the bed and gave me a tracking number, which said it had been delivered. Emailed them and got a message back saying the bed was out of stock and would I choose another or have a refund. Chose a refund as nearly all their beds are out of stock, still waiting, so cannot review the bed at all, but do not recommend the company.”

“How can you request for me to write a review when I never received this item! You haven’t contacted me or refunded me, it’s been such a disappointing experience. Zero communication is the worst thing for a company to do. If you checked with your customer services team you will see I have sent multiple messages, none of which have been acknowledged. I just want a refund now. Please can you communicate with me.”

“The bed is beautiful , but still waiting on the mattress that I bought with the bed and they tried to say I didnt purchase. But the bed is beautiful and the slide is perfect for my wee one. If I didnt have the hassle with the mattress, they would have got 5 stars from me.”

“I moved the property and have been working full time. I ordered this bed for my 4 year old. I was living in between my flat and my house. No emailed or notification was sent through to me with a set date as when the bed would arrive. I came to my house 2 days later to find out from the neigbours my daughters bed had been left outside my doorstep for 2 days & could or easily been stolen. Not impressed, very angry.”

“At the moment i can only rate with one star as I’ve only been sent the slats for the base but not the actual bed. I’ve emailed the company but not had a reply. I’m hoping this matter is rectified quickly and I’ll then be able to write a good review and post a photo of the bed.”
