“This is our purchase. Still in the packing in our hallway,arrived in the wrong colour 6 days ago and still no resolution. Your customer service is shocking. Polite responses but days between emails and no telephone number. Avoid.”

“The mattress was described as being made from 'ecofoam' and 'recyclable' (not sure anywhere would take a mattress to recycle?!) and with a 10 year guarantee, which are all good selling points for me. However, none of this seems to be stated on the product tag or the sheet of paper with it. I let it air for a day and a half and it still has a strong odour, so not sure if that is normal? Regarding delivery, the courier service wasn't very good - I was notified that it would arrive on a date and it didn't arrive until a couple of days later, with no updates. Can't say how comfortable it is as waiting for smell to go before I let my child use it!”

“We ordered this on the 2nd of March but it is yet to arrive. We have tried to contact you via your website, email and Facebook page however we have not had a response. It is concerning that we have received an email to leave a review when we have not yet received an email to say that our order has been dispatched. Please can someone get back to us asap. “Only bed slats arrived so far. Company have offered refund but we want bed, so are prepared to wait the 6-8 weeks bed is expected to take. Fingers crossed it arrives!”
