“I’ve still not received this on my order and got told last week it would be “a few days” since then no one has contacted me. I’ve contacted again as I have noticed it’s actually out of stock and have offered to have an alternative bedside that is the same price but again, no response.”

“I'd never heard of this company so I ordered 1 unit to ensure I liked it. I was extremely happy with the unit so went ahead & ordered another one for the other side of the bed. I received the incorrect item & customer services have been extremely slow at replying to emails & 10 days later I still have the incorrect item & the item I ordered is now out of stock. There is no customer services phone number & they take 24 hours to reply to each email so a very slow process to try and get problems resolved which mine still isn't!”

“Maybe I could give this a better review when all the parts are delivered. Only partial delivery so far. Bed seems good quality but the service is shocking. If you don't have all the parts for the bed then mark them out of stock. Nao and Nanni happy to take over £1000 from me and deliver only some of the bits.”
