“Next day delivery...did not happen Box was in terrible state when eventually arrived Table was badly damaged when I attempted to open the box Correspondence was poor...waited days for a response after every email Received a full refund which was the only positive as I contacted consumer rights!”

“Avoid this company like the plague. Customer service is below zero. The product arrived damaged, and a month later and approximately 1 email every 3 days from Noa means that this is still ongoing. Passed from pillar to post, wrong item sent out and no number to ring. Please avoid. I bet they remove this review.”

“I still have yet to recieve these bedside tables I ordered a week ago. They advised that it would be dispatched today but I havent recieved any updates. They should have a customer service telephone number but can only be contacted via email which I think isn't good enough. I'm hoping I will recieve it soon!”
