Whilst we specialise in Cabin Beds which come in a number of different funky designs,
we also stock Bunk Beds and Traditional style single and Double Beds for Kids and Adults.
We make great quality wooden beds that not only provide a great place for kids to sleep but also to play and to work.

Despite two deliveries the headboard and foot end are both missing. Appalling customer service, I’ve emailed twice and no reply. There is no phone number available. Worst customer experience ever! I’d leave zero stars if I could as I haven’t even had the entire bed yet.

Unfortunately I was sold an out of stock item, I was expecting it to be delivered on the 5th of may, I emailed them and eventually they admitted their mistake, I have asked for an alternative same price item, waiting for reply.

I ordered this and it arrived 2 days later (which is fantastic). However, it arrived damaged. I tried to get in touch with the company but they have turned off their live chat and their phone lines. I have sent several emails to which I have been ignored. I have since received an email asking for a review.....

My delivery did not arrive, despite paying extra for a specific weekend delivery slot. Customer service are unable to provide a revised delivery timing, gave me a tracking number for a courier that is not recognised by the courier service and now no longer reply to my emails. Completely unacceptable service.

Hi Noa and Nani, Ref order # 176444 I would love to review the product, but regrettably you sent the wrong mattress! I have been trying to get in touch with you by email, your support email portal and phone for over a week and still no one has come back to me. Kindly can someone provide some post-sales customer service so we can resolve the issue and I can then leave a glowing review of how you have helped a new customer (albeit with some delay). This will then pave the way for more business, new orders from myself and good vibes all round. Kind thanks and I hope to hear from someone very soon. Rob Parkin (a currently very upset customer)

We are very happy with the product. It was straightforward to assemble and looks good. We would rate the product itself as a 5. However we have reduced the rating to 3 because of issues around delivery. The product was to be sent to our holiday home and we anticipated some advance notice of delivery in order to be there. However the first we knew was a text on the Tuesday saying it had been delivered! Fortunately we were able to contact the driver (Dave) who kindly agreed to go back and pick it up. We then received an email requesting us to set up another delivery date which we did on line for the following Monday. On Thursday we got an email saying it would be delivered that day, again when we were not there. Contacting the delivery company (XDP) is an absolute nightmare and if you phone them it costs 7p a minute. After being on hold for 10 minutes despite being first in line, I gave up. We were unsure when exactly it would be delivered (ie on the Monday we had set up for on Thursday). It turned out that it was re-delivered on Friday when we were not there; we did not receive any confirmation of delivery from XDP and only found out when a neighbour let us know and kindly took in the 5 packages. When we arrived on Saturday we found that one of the parcels was damaged and seemed to be doused in something that smelled like petrol. Luckily that had not impacted the product. So to recap we are happy with the product but very unhappy with the communication and service provided by XDP!
