“The quality is not very good. Really flimsy. One of the back pieces is missing. A mark on the top of the drawers. Glue can be seen from the seam of the drawers at the front. Mechanism on drawers is very stiff. Instructions are not very good. Should have stuck with Ikea”

“Very difficult to assemble. I am normally quite good at these things but it took me four hours until I had to leave it for a while because it got me so angry to try and put the drawers in! Draw runners are stupidly fiddly and difficult to put together, the ball bearing had sealed in one and needed a lot of work to get to roll. Wood braces work perfectly fine, why complicate things? The wood is poor quality chipboard. I wish I had just gone to ikea or even better brought something old and painted it white! Drawers do not line up properly, the gaps are not even and it really annoys me. I must pull each of the longer drawers out so carefully or the runners play up. Just a constant annoyance. I will not be buying from here again.”

“Placed order on 2nd August, chased company from the 9th Aug regarding tracking and delivery date, which was sent, tracking never updated, delivery company had parcel from 6th August, so chased agin to be told delivery will be tomorrow. When it arrived only got half my order and 2 weeks later, so I chased delivery company asking what was going on, to be told they only got sent one box, contacted nao & Nani to be told this morning 17th Aug it’s been delayed by delivery company! I don’t see how when yesterday 16th aug, the delivery company had already said they don’t have it. I’m unsure who’s lying but I’m left chasing and chasing what I purchased. Discussing customer service be warned. Picture is half my ordered. 15days after ordered and no idea when I’ll get the rest.”
