“Confirmations of order, despatch and delivery were prompt and delivered on time. Unfortunately when we unpacked it several pieces were damaged. We took photos of the damaged items and emailed customer services who offered a 50% credit or replace the damaged items. We opted for the 50% and will try to repair the damage. Seat could do with being a few inches taller but overall it’s sturdy and great to be able to sit and put shoes on and put them in the baskets underneath.”

“Great little storage bench perfect for keeping the entranceway tidy Basket is big enough for several pairs of hubby’s shoes (size 10), and lots of room for my size 5’s! Only fiddly thing was putting some parts together with Allan key - would’ve been better just with screws I think, but still it’s sturdy enough and looks great”

“Quick delivery. Looks good, but not sure about quality. I don’t think the baskets or cushion will last long. Having said that, does the job perfectly and hope I’m proved wrong!”

“Very fast delivery. I ordered on the Wednesday and it arrived on the Friday (which was a bank holiday). Extremely easy to build and looks great! Very happy with my item!”
