“I ordered this bed for my daughter. I was slightly worried as I saw quite a few negative reviews afterwards. The bed came within a week after ordering, tracking was provided for the delivery courier. Upon arriving one item was missing - the desk. I contacted the online chat customer service on the Noa and Nani website and spoke to somebody immediately, and they quickly had the missing piece organised for delivery - it arrived two days later. Overall, the bed is what I would expect for the price I paid. It is comparable to other products on the market from the big box retailers. The wood on the desk is slightly thin - meaning we did end up putting two of the screws through the wood. But overall, the bed frame is sturdy. It does not creak excessively as per other reviews. The overall bed and drawers underneath looks lovely in my daughter’s bedroom and she loves it. Especially, being able to crawl behind and create a den.”
