“the assemble instruction was not clear a few missing bolts. few cracks on the wood panel and poor paint quality. the upper side rail of the bunk bed is way too short so our little one can be fallen by accident. I have order the wrong colour of the trundle bed and mattress they don't give us refund and they asked me to repurchage and pay another colour product poor customer responce service is awful.”

“I actually really like the quality of the bed. However we have recieved the delivery in bits and one box has 2 cracked pieces in it. Would really appreciate some contact to replace the damaged parts so we can finish putting the bunkbed together. Many Thanks”

“My girls LOVE their new bunk bed! So much so that they had to go to bed early. The bed/s are strong and sturdy and the steps give me piece of mind. The instructions were clear and I managed to put it up easily on my own.”

“This bed is gorgeous! Extremely well made, every inch is painted grey! Easy to put together and looks stunning in my boys bedroom. Love the storage in the stairs.”
