“Unfortunately the toy box lid was damaged which I didn’t realise until the whole item was assembled. I was given the option of a small discount which was the cost of the item on eBay (hardly a discount then!) or dismantle the item, package and arrange return for a new one. The company were unable to simply send me a new lid which was appalling as the rest of the box was absolutely fine and they couldn’t have re-sold the item with the damaged lid had I returned it! The toy box is lovely but the customer service is absolutely appalling. I was a returning customer but won’t return again!”
