“Good looking bed, let down by a few of points; The finish on the paintwork has drip lines in a few places, it came with metal knobs instead of the grey wooden ones in the picture, we’ve bought replacement ones that look much better. On fitting the drawers the holes for the cross beams were not in line with the front meaning that the drawers wouldn’t fit in the rails - this took a good hour or so of taking apart and fixing myself. Also please note that the bed is grey however the end caps supplied are white & look awful - I contacted the company & was told they only do white caps.”

“The bed itself is great and really happy with the style and construction. I did have an issue regards damage to one of the panels (headboard) for which I have been dispatched a replacement. I’m happy this has been arranged but as constructive feedback I think having to chase on four occasions for a resolution to this was excessive. I was promised call backs that never happened and the process from reporting 29th December to being told replacement part is on way 10th January was too long even factoring in the bank holiday.”
