“Bought 2 of these beds at the same time for children's bedrooms. Very happy with the overall affect, look like the pictures and does the job. The desk on 1 arrived snapped and this was really promptly replaced, good customer service. One of the beds lined up perfectly for assembly but unfortunately the other the holes were not so clear cut and did not leave the assembly so straight, some lines were slightly twisted. One final thought was the beds did not feel totally stable so we did feel the need to attach them to the wall with brackets. But that said the overall product does the job and the children love them”

“We purchased this bed for our 6 year old and he absolutely loves it. It was nice and easy to build, it took 2 of us about 2 hours including the desk to build, it would have taken less time I'm sure if we didn't have 2 'helpers'! We are all very pleased with the bed and are already planing to purchase another for our younger son when he is old enough. Communication was excellent as well and the delivery company used were great!”

“Really pleased with our purchase. Very sturdy item and fairly simple to build. Looks great in our son’s bedroom. Ladder is particularly sturdy with good size steps. Paid for next day delivery - great communication from the furniture company and courier company. 2 hour time slot given with a phone call on the day to say the item was arriving in 30 mins. Delivery men courteous and offered to remove shoes. All in all we are very happy and will not hesitate to order from this company again. Thank you.”
