“Bought this for the small bedroom for sleepovers.I'd bought a similar double for another bedroom and this was far better quality and much easier to put up.Feels very solid.Would certainly recommend.l”

“I ordered two of these for my daughters. They were delivered with only one set of slats rather than 2. Upon opening the box, all seemed well, until beginning to put the frame together and discovering that the holes for the corresponding dowels to slot into, had been drilled in the wrong place. We opened both boxes (despite having only one set of slats) to check if different batches had been made slightly differently and that may be the reason they didn't fit. But unfortunately not. Nothing fit into anything and it was therefore useless. I tried to contact customer services several times however they conveniently aren't open on a weekend - the time when the majority of people complete these tasks and would need assistance. Unfortunately everything has now been packed back up and I have had to email Noa & Nani to ask them to collect the items and provide a full refund. Let's see what happens next...”

“Absolutely love my recent purchase. The bed frame looks very high quality. Easy to assemble with clear instruction. Delivery was quicker than expected and I was kept in touch with progress on day of delivery. Will definitely order from you again. Thank you.”

“The bed looks lovely, but unfortunately I didn’t receive the screws to put the bed together so the bed is just laying there in my sons room. I’ve emailed and still haven’t gotten a response from anyone about the missing screws.”
