“The bed itself is lovely! However when it arrived we recieved white head and foot boards instead of grey! I bought this bed for my grandson as his first bed and my daughter in law had already dismantled his cot to make room for when the bed arrived...after around a week of trying to contact the company i still have not recieved a reply regarding this. My daughter in law ended up having to put the bed up with the white head and foot boards as my grandson was not settling well in bed with her! Luckily she found that it actually looks quite nice as white and grey and has decided to keep it that way. The inconvenience was quite stressful for her at first as she and my grandson were not getting a good nights sleep and i am very disappointed with your customer service side of business...over all as i said the bed is lovely, the delivery was fast and luckily the bed looks nice in white and grey!”
