“Fantastic bed bought for my little girl. It took 2 of us maybe just over 2 hours to put the bed together. Only part that was a pain was the slats needing nailed in just be careful that they dont come through. Bought the mattress to go with bed great perfect fit. It really is a feature piece and we love her treehouse bed. Highly reccomend.”

“Bought this for our four year old. It is a really lovely, good quality bed which was straight forward to construct. It is a stunning piece for a child’s bedroom . It is very tall, obviously, and only leaves a few inches between the bed roof and the bedroom ceiling so make sure you measure first.”

“I desperately wanted to order this bed for such a long time. I finally ordered it but when it came & we started to put it together we had a damaged piece, and two missing parts.... But a single phone call had it remedied & the parts were sent out that day. Things go wrong everyday, but how it’s fixed is what’s more important. Excellent service!”

“We bought this bed for our 3 year old. We were concerned in case he was a bit too young. No need to worry though as it’s a great height. We’ve dressed it in the jungle theme and it looks amazing! He loves it. We have had to put it in the corner of the room though as there isn’t much of a headboard with it, so we didn’t want him falling out. We bought the shelf as an add on, it is much needed as now we have somewhere to put a little lamp and cup of water. We also bought the recommended mattress. It’s a perfect fit and very comfy. The bed was easy to build, it took two people (who aren’t great at DIY!) 2 and half hours to build. Instructions were easy to follow. Lots of additional latts included. Unfortunately when it was mostly built we realised that one of the roof pieces was bent and therefore would not fit/match up to the other roof piece. After taking photos of this and contacting customer services, they immediately sorted the problem for us. They gave us several options and allowed us to choose whichever solution suited us. Customer service has been EXCELLENT throughout the whole process. We ordered this bed the day before Xmas eve, so many bank holidays. It arrived 6 working days later after wonderful delivery communication from the team. Very lovely bed and very happy customers!”

“This is a sweet bed. It was quite difficult for my professional builder to put up, so definitely something I wouldn’t consider doing myself, despite what the person at the helpdesk said! Sadly two corners of the roof planks were damaged, probably from being dropped en route, but the rest of the treehouse was up by the time they went on so obviously I wasn’t going to pay the builder to dismantle the whole thing, pack it all up, and send it back. This was disappointing, particularly considering that I had to wait nearly two weeks for delivery, despite the ‘next day delivery’ advertised on the website. Overall, a nice bed but very expensive for what it is, and given that it arrived damaged.”
