“Everything went very well up until assembly. There are large scratches on the roof and the side bar to the bed is faulty. Everytime my daugether gets into bed the bar dips and the midsle panel on the sidebar pop out. Im very concerned the sidebar will snap. Due to this the bed squeaks all night and im terrified the bed will collapse!!! I am aware of the delays in responding first time around however there is a three day delay in responding to a follow up email. This means that in a week and a half I recieved two emails both of do not rectify this situation. We are only at the send photos and video stage. My daughter was very excited about this bed as was I. We had planned on purchasing a whole additional room set but am very concerned about the aftercare on offer. Can somebody please contact me to get this sorted? Regards Sarah”

““SWIFT DELIVERY! AMAZING CHRISTOPHER MIDSLEEPER BED! My little monkey loves it! It's big enough even for my husband! Easy to put up, took 2 of us around 4 hours. The TREJO mattress is very soft & comfortable too. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because of the missing rungs from the ladder, but it's not a problem, we use our own step ladder for now.”

“The bed is very good quality which we were pleased about as worried it might not be. It did take us a good few hours to build as there are a lot of pieces! We have decided to not put the front on for now as my son is still quite little (just 4) so I wanted to be able to get to him a little easier for now. I will put the front of the house on when he gets a little bigger. All in all very pleased with item and delivery was exactly on the date/time given.”

“Stunning design. No missing pieces or damage. Little girl is made up with it. Quite a large bed but in the smallest room in the house we bow have the full floor space for playing as it is up in the air. Really impressed. Loks incredible.”
