“The service was terrible, dirt of all they took 2 payments out of my account, it was refunded very quickly! Then the date and time I was given for delivery the parcel didn’t turn up, nobody had called or text or emailed to say why!! Nothing the next day either so me and my partner both called they were not interested in anything we had to say and just kept saying we just cancel it if you like,nothing to try and make us feel better or anything!! Terrible customer service no managers or anyone complaints to speak to!! When they eventually booked it back in it arrived 5 days later and it do a look brilliant the quality is fab and my son loves it! Such a shame about there customer service and it would be a brilliant coming if not for that!”

“Very easy to build, looks brilliant when it’s up. Instructions are really simple to follow if you take your time. Not sure what all the grumbling about the screws in the roof are about.”

“The roof is really difficult to align and screw in place . The original screws for the roof are shorter for the gap it needs to be screwed to. Apart from this , my little girl adores her bed.”

“Absolutely love the quality and how cute it looks. It was a way to sway my boy to sleep in his own bed and it worked wonders! He only want the sleep in his treetop house bed :-)it took my husband to build bed up in half a day with good instruction given. Great service. I looked for a suitable bed for my son half a year and finally decided on this bed- best decision I made.”

“Gorgeous bed, daughter loves it! Relatively easy to put together. Speedy delivery but was disappointed with service as I was allocated a slot between 7pm-9pm and bed did not get delivered until 10.30pm, which consequently woke up my children. Overall though, happy with product”

“My 4 year daughter loves her new bed, and it is talk of the town at school everyone keeps asking where we got it from, it came when it said it was going to, lots of boxes but very well labelled and very easy to put together, would defo use this company again, 1 very happy 4 year and 1 very happy mum.”

“The bed is lovely, my son adores it and it's a real talking point and has had lots of attention and compliments online when we have shared photos. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is because the holes in the wood for the screws are too close to the end of the pieces of wood so we had a couple of splits when putting the screws in. It hasn't seemed to affect the safety but it's not ideal and had it not been screwed in gently with a screwdriver the damage would have been much worse with say an electric device.”

“We bought this for our 21 month old daughter as we have another baby on the way and wanted her settled in to her big girls bed! She loves it! It's like her own little den in her room, full of covers and pillows.”
