“We purchased the Canterbury Dining Table dining set because we fell in love with it online. Customer service was great from purchase point and I was kept up to date with when it would all be delivered. The courier was great he helped get the boxes into the house and was polite/friendly. We started to unpack the chairs first and the first 2 chairs didn't fit together, we followed the instructions (and tried multiple other ways) but every time we tightened all the bolts the chair looks looked slanted and the seats (the brown lid part) would not fit on correctly. We put the table and bench together and they were so easy to do and everything fitted perfectly. Although there were a couple of small marks and scratches on the table which you could see straight away. Therefore we are in the middle of sending the item back. The customer service team have been great and I am gutted the set wasn't in the condition I expected as it is beautiful.”
