“Bought this as I was moving in with my partner. Needed the extra room so thought these bunk beds were a good choice for the kids. It’s a good quality bed although it doesn’t fit a standard mattress underneath in the trundle like it says it would, I have to lift the bed slightly to get the trundle in and out! An extra inch on the legs on the bottom bunk would do a world of good”

“I had missing parts! After reading so many reviews I was very sceptical about ordering through this website. I decided to take the plunge and order the triple bunkbed from here because the price was very competitive and it looks good quality. I Opted for free economy delivery even though I wanted as soon as possible and it arrived within days so express delivery is probably not worth paying for I was also able to easily change the delivery date online as I wasn’t going to be home. Long story short, the order arrived and the Head and foot board were missing. Communication is very easy via live chat and someone we ordered the pieces right away, but I messaged them every day just to doublecheck on this because the other reviews stated that weeks had passed before they got replacements. Couple days later the pieces arrived and I think it wasn’t that much hassle. Customer service was excellent maybe the chat feature is new?”

“The order arrived promptly however there were numerous fixings missing. Also, one of the horizontal step pieces for the ladder has a split. Hopefully the company responds quickly so that we can complete the assembly and our children can use the beds.”

“My kids like the bed so much and this bunk bed is the best choice we ever made. The colour fits suits my kids bedroom and it was easy to install, Please follow the instructions else unlike me you will have to redo the assembly. We had mixup of delivery and we understand this due to coronavirus but it was resolved so Quickly, Their customer support is very very good and thansk to Jodie for taking care of everything.”
