“Excellent product and even better service. The bed arrived ahead of schedule. Built it and it was wonderful and everything a five year old girl could dream of. There was a part missing and I contacted the department who were so accommodating and helpful and the missing part was with me in a few days, ahead of the original delivery date. The bed is sturdy, slide is super fast and we've added fairy lights underneath. Yet to build the tower but I'm sure we won't be disappointed when we do. 5 stars all round. The dog also approves! Thank you Noa & Nani”

“Easy to build once you understand instructions took about 2/3 hrs to do, still have to attach the tower which is a bit of a struggle but other than that it’s a lovely bed”

“We bought this for our youngest Grandaughter. She chose which theme she liked best - it was an 'eeny, meeny, miny, moe' call between Princess Fairytale and the Pirate design! She was so excited when it 'appeared' in her room! She loves it. It arrived within 48 hours, despite us not opting for the expedited delivery. It was well packed and straightforward to put together. We would thoroughly recommend this product. A great bed, but also great fun and great for imaginative play.”

“The Bed is great, our Grandaughter loves it. There were a couple of none-drilled holes which required drilling during the build. (Ladder step) Delivery was atrocious -Nani and Noa used a company called XDP who failed to deliver even after paying next day delivery charge. XDP driver claimed he had attempted delivery, but after 6 hours waiting and numerous calls to their office assuring me of the delivery, it never arrived! Noa and Nani refunded the next day delivery charge but after taking the day off work for the delivery and to build the bed, I was not a happy Unicorn!!”

“The product itself is lovely, good quality fabric, great design well made and sturdy with the frame included, so not cheap looking like many of the alternatives on other sites. The delivery however was another matter, wrong products sent, so it took about a month to receive all the parts. Now the parts have all been received it is a quality product and my daughters friends are very envious of her lovely bed.”
