“I have been upgrading my system constantly over the past few years. Visit after visit to my usual dealer not because I was excited and wanting more but because I felt I was always missing something and that one more box would give me what I am looking for. Well, when I reach a NAC252, Supercap, NAP250DR, and was being told that I should look at a 552 or NAP300DR I decided to have a listen to some alternatives. When I turned up to Nintronics they had the system I was asking about setup in their main listening room, but there was a Gryphon Diablo 300 playing in their smaller room warming up for a demonstration later that day. The sound instantly drew me in and I asked if it was ok to sit and listen for a while. The speakers were some Marten Parker Duos and the music was playing from an Innuos Zenith Mk3 and Chord Dave. Transparent, three dimensional with dynamics I have been craving for, all in a controlled manner. This was the sound I have been wanting. I ended up listening to a few other systems, but ultimately traded everything in and going for the Gryphon system I heard. Exceptionally happy, been living with the system for a few weeks and it puts a smile on my face and melts away all the stress as soon as I hit play. Was not factoring in changing the speakers but the system was just so captivating.”
