Newhay Feeds endeavour to provide a consistent high-quality product but due to the nature of this naturally grown grass, characteristics can differ in appearance.
We always recommend mix in new hay with old hay over several days to gradually transition over to the new hay.
If you are still unhappy with our product, and to allow us to review the quality of the hay, we will be happy to offer you a full refund including postages on receipt of return of any unused hay.
