Flag Paint's Kitchen & Bathroom paint is a high quality water based decorative emulsion containing an anti-mould additive making it ideally suited for areas with high humidity and condensation. The washable finish provides a long lasting protection that is designed to stop further contamination and discolouration whilst also easy to clean and maintain.

Application:
On new plaster dilute the first coat by 10% with clean cold water to act as a sealant coat. On areas where mould is already present the area needs to be washed with Asipo Algicidal treatment diluted as instructed, left for an hour and then washed down with warm water before being left to dry and painted with the Kitchen & Bathroom paint.
Stir well before use and ensure the surface is sound and free from dust, sand, loose or flaking paint, dirt, grease or oil. If you have any doubt as with any other paint always do a test area first.
