Hi Minnie, I'm sorry to hear that you've had a problem with our 3 Way Trainer Cup. The cup is free flow and doesn't have a valve in the straw for this reason, so it will flow freely from the straw. Please could you contact us on hello@tumtumtots.com, so we can assist you further in case there is a different type of issue. Many thanks Suzanne

Great cup for transitioning. Our daughter wanted to use the trainer cup on stage 2 (without the straw) and it was great to see her drinking without spilling anything on our sunny trip to Southsea this weekend. Love the colour too!

My little one is currently using the cup with the straw and really loves it. I love the fact that it is 3 different cups in 1!

Amazing to find a spill-friendly free flow cup to give little one some independence with drinks at mealtimes. Also love that it's microwave safe so we have the option of warm milk.

My little girl LOVES her Betsy Bear Tum Tum cup for water when we're on the go, so as she turned one, we decided to get this cup for milk, to help wean her off her bottles. It's gone down well, it seems easy to use and we love Tum Tum, however my one critique would be that the steam hole, although a good feature, means that milk comes pouring out really quickly whenever she tips the cup over, which is a lot! It would be good if future iterations could have some sort of cover for the hole or maybe different lid options. Overall though, a big fan! Thanks, Tum Tum!
